- Advise customers throughout their buying journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

- Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and customer service excellence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar environment is required.
