1. Welcome clients and sell luxury products while fostering customer loyalty in line with Gucci's commercial policy.
2. Develop a strong knowledge of Gucci's history and heritage.
3. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
4. Maintain the sales area and store according to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
5. Ensure proper product presentation to convince clients through storytelling.
6. Maintain an adequate and appropriate quantity of items on the sales floor.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized advice.
8. Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
9. Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
10. Meet KPI objectives.
11. Participate in alteration services: measurements, adjustments, client reservations, orders, and receipt of items.
12. Assist in restocking, labeling, and organizing.
13. Possess good knowledge and management of stock.
14. Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register.
15. Apply CRM procedures to develop the store's client database.
16. Comply with store security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.

1. Professional Baccalaureate
2. BTS or DUT
3. Experience in sales
4. Experience in luxury

4. Fluent in English and Spanish

Experience in sales and luxury is required.
