- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
- Exhibit exceptional product knowledge and ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
- Ensure optimal product presentation to engage and convince clientele through storytelling.
- Maintain adequate and appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming clients according to Gucci guidelines and providing personalized advice.
- Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.
- Achieve or surpass individual and departmental sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations and orders.
- Assist in stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
- Possess thorough knowledge and management of stock inventory.
- Handle transactions and maintain the cash register.
- Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
- Adhere to boutique security directives, including theft and loss prevention.
- Professional Baccalaureate
- BTS or DUT
- Experience in sales
- Experience in luxury retail
- Brand ambassador embodying Gucci's values
- Product knowledge and sales techniques
- Passion for fashion and luxury
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Service-oriented with persuasive abilities
- Understanding of luxury codes
- Teamwork capability
Prior experience in sales, particularly within the luxury sector, is required.
Professional Baccalaureate, BTS, or DUT.
