1. Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals.

4. Capture and manage customer data for relationship building.
5. Maintain an organized client book and follow up on sales or requests.
6. Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients.

8. Maintain security standards in the store.
9. Uphold visual display standards according to Gucci guidelines.
10. Maintain organized stock rooms.
11. Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.
3. Proven ability to drive sales and build relationships.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Strong organization and follow-up skills.
6. Attention to detail.
7. Team-focused with collaborative skills.
8. Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
9. Flexibility to adapt to different customers.
10. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $18.00 USD to $20.00 USD.
