1. Lead and inspire the team to deliver an unparalleled luxury service culture in the store.
2. Execute strategy and provide real-time coaching on the selling floor to achieve business goals.
3. Develop and grow team members through recruitment, retention, and development initiatives.
4. Represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador by embodying and promoting Gucci Values.
5. Lead clienteling activities and develop action plans to reach goals and KPIs.
6. Manage client flow and ensure exceptional service on the selling floor.
7. Resolve client service issues to retain and enrich client relationships.
8. Conduct performance and development conversations with team members.
9. Monitor and analyze store performance and propose action plans to reach targets.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to adhere to company policies and procedures.

1. 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
3. High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
4. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
5. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
7. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.

A minimum of four years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Base salary range is $73,800 USD to $82,000 USD, with potential participation in an incentive program.
