- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accountability for individual performance objectives.
- Utilize an omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise across all channels.
- Stay informed on current market trends and competitors.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories to best serve client preferences.
- Embody the Givenchy brand in every customer interaction with passion and enthusiasm.
- Deliver extraordinary guest experiences, creating memorable moments.
- Develop and deepen relationships with clients to drive loyalty and achieve sales goals.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through personalized communication.

- Drive business by being a visionary in styling seasonal products and key business essentials.
- Take proactive actions based on NPS performance and client feedback.

- Perform additional duties as assigned, including operations, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 1 year in sales, retail, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving results.
- Ability to offer engaging client interactions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Service-oriented mindset, actively seeking ways to support clients and colleagues.
- College-level education preferred.
- Sales acumen and ability to exceed targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in omni-channel sales strategies.
- In-depth product knowledge and market awareness.
- Ability to create personalized and memorable client experiences.
- Proactive in client relationship management and CSR initiatives.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
College-level education preferred.
