Givenchy Quality and Compliance Specialist

1. Ensure regulatory and qualitative compliance of materials and components, validating the quality of finished products.
2. Participate in the quality validation and compliance of raw materials and components.
3. Initiate necessary mechanical and chemical tests based on product requirements.
4. Create composition and care labels for finished products.
5. Manage various databases (PLM) and customs tables (US, China, etc.).
6. Oversee the dispatch of samples to China to ensure compliance with GB standards and monitor associated tests.
7. Coordinate quality-related activities directly with manufacturers, suppliers, development teams, production, and customer service.
8. Map manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring information is up-to-date.
9. Monitor audits.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Degree from a fashion school or as a textile engineer.

1. Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Experience with PLM systems is preferred.
3. Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
4. Strong attention to detail, methodical, organized, and proactive.
5. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or textile industry.

Degree from a fashion school or as a textile engineer.
