- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Drive business by being a styling visionary of seasonal products.
- Take proactive actions on client feedback.
- Identify clients' passions and social involvement to create CSR opportunities.
- Perform duties related to operations, visual merchandising, aftercare, and inventory control.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Zoom.
- Experience managing multiple commitments diplomatically.
- Key Holder experience.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
