- Achieve sales targets established by headquarters.
- Oversee floor supervision and sales team to ensure exceptional customer service and maximize sales results.
- Utilize client relationship resources to provide elevated service to all clients.
- Maintain superior customer service standards daily.
- Assist sales associates with customer service issues and mentor them in decision-making.
- Effectively use POS system for inventory management and ensure store opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Administer accurate and timely follow-up and paperwork.
- Meet inventory accuracy and shrink requirements.
- Lead and motivate staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
- Supervise team, implement company policies, and manage disciplinary actions in the absence of store management.
- Coach associates to enhance clienteling abilities and ensure engagement with clients.
- Monitor and supervise style advisors' activities to meet company standards.
- Identify training needs in partnership with the store manager.
- Streamline communication with store management and corporate partners.
- Participate in producing and analyzing store business reports.
- 5+ years of experience in a luxury retail setting with a focus on sales and operations.
- Proficiency in general software (Word, Excel) and ability to learn new software packages.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Action-oriented and driven.

- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
A minimum of 3 years in a relevant role within the luxury retail sector is required.
