1. Oversee the implementation of training programs, ensuring translations are accurate and culturally relevant.
2. Facilitate and monitor digital learning tools, providing feedback to the HQ Training team and communicating progress with Store Managers.
3. Execute the Ambassador Program, collaborating with Store and Retail Managers to enhance customer experience.
4. Work closely with the local CRM team to drive improvements in-store.
5. Deliver comprehensive training on retail systems such as CEGID, Mirror, and G-Class.
6. Provide feedback to HQ and IS&T teams on tool performance and collaborate on solutions for any issues.
7. Maintain and update the store handbook, ensuring retail operations are optimized across all locations.
8. Consolidate retail KPIs and provide actionable insights to the retail team.
9. Prepare regular reports for company and HQ, coordinating the retail calendar with stores and relevant departments.
10. Plan and manage online and offline Store Managers Meetings in alignment with the Retail Director.

1. University degree or higher
2. Native level proficiency in Japanese
3. Intermediate level proficiency in English

1. Strong sales skills with a proven track record in luxury/fashion retail sales development

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in store staff or retail office roles within the luxury or fashion industry is required.
