- Oversee the implementation of training programs, ensuring translations are accurate and culturally relevant.
- Facilitate and monitor digital learning tools, providing feedback to the HQ Training team and communicating progress with Store Managers.
- Execute the Ambassador Program, collaborating with Store and Retail Managers to enhance customer experience.
- Work closely with the local CRM team to drive improvements in-store.
- Deliver comprehensive training on retail systems such as CEGID, Mirror, and G-Class.
- Provide feedback to HQ and IS&T teams on tool performance and collaborate on solutions for any issues.
- Maintain and update the store handbook, ensuring retail operations are optimized across all locations.
- Consolidate retail KPIs and provide actionable insights to the retail team.
- Prepare regular reports for company and HQ, coordinating the retail calendar with stores and relevant departments.
- Plan and manage online and offline Store Managers Meetings in alignment with the Retail Director.
- University degree or higher
- Native level proficiency in Japanese
- Intermediate level proficiency in English
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record in luxury/fashion retail sales development

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in store staff or retail office roles within the luxury or fashion industry is required.
