- Develop and design CAD models in alignment with designer requests using MOZART software.
- Interpret and understand designer requirements effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the internal Atelier and Prototypist teams.
- Coordinate with internal departments in Florence, including Product Development, Industrialization, and Raw Materials, as well as the Designer team based in Paris.
- Adhere to project schedules and timelines.
- Manage and resolve unforeseen issues during development and assembly stages.
- Anticipate potential problems in leather goods construction.
- Maintain strong collaboration with external suppliers.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Degree or specialization in Modelism.
- Advanced knowledge of CAD and MOZART.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels, including with Paris HQ.
- Strong administrative task management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work autonomously while fostering team spirit.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Degree or specialization in Modelism.
