1. Develop and design CAD models in alignment with designer requests using MOZART software.
2. Interpret and understand designer requirements effectively.
3. Collaborate closely with the internal Atelier and Prototypist teams.
4. Coordinate with internal departments in Florence, including Product Development, Industrialization, and Raw Materials, as well as the Designer team based in Paris.
5. Adhere to project schedules and timelines.
6. Manage and resolve unforeseen issues during development and assembly stages.
7. Anticipate potential problems in leather goods construction.
8. Maintain strong collaboration with external suppliers.

1. 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Degree or specialization in Modelism.

1. Advanced knowledge of CAD and MOZART.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
3. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
4. Excellent communication skills across all levels, including with Paris HQ.
5. Strong administrative task management skills.
6. Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
7. Ability to work autonomously while fostering team spirit.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Degree or specialization in Modelism.
