1. Lead and implement strategies to enhance client experiences and elevate the brand image across all European retail stores.
2. Achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets, maintaining strong control over P&L, margins, costs, and expenses.
3. Oversee daily operations, ensuring stores meet brand standards and optimize operational workflows for efficiency.
4. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.

6. Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and presentation consistency across all stores.
7. Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient replenishment processes.

1. Significant experience as a Retail Director, Area Manager, or similar senior retail leadership role.
2. Proven track record of managing multi-store networks and elevating brand presence.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualifications are a plus.
4. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
