1. Assist the legal department in managing contracts related to Givenchy's operations.
2. Provide legal advice to various teams including Design, Communication, Retail, Wholesale, and Digital.
3. Apply contract law in a professional setting and gain insight into the legal department's operations.
4. Conduct legal research and maintain legal vigilance.
5. Review and draft various contracts in both French and English.
6. Support cases involving specific legal issues such as intellectual property, personal data, international e-commerce, distribution law, and consumer law.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Information Technology Law, Business Law, Contract Law, Distribution Law, or Consumer Law, or equivalent.
2. Fluency in English is essential.

2. Proficiency in contract drafting and review.
3. Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
4. Ability to handle sensitive legal matters with discretion.

No prior professional experience required; suitable for beginners.

Master's degree in relevant legal fields or equivalent.
