1. Draft and implement new procedures and ensure their application.
2. Enhance business processes.
3. Monitor documentation and ensure correct application of existing internal procedures.
4. Produce awareness materials on internal control topics.
5. Conduct tests and follow up on the annual internal control evaluation campaign.
6. Analyze exception reports to identify potential anomalies and investigate as necessary.
7. Perform ad-hoc boutique audits.
8. Provide operational support for ongoing projects.
9. Conduct due diligence and third-party screening for anti-money laundering and anti-corruption compliance.
10. Participate in the development of internal anti-corruption training under the Sapin II law.
11. Manage the annual conflicts of interest campaign.

1. Student in a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent university program, with a specialization in audit or internal control being advantageous.
2. Ideally, previous experience in audit, internal control, or with an audit firm.

1. Ability to work autonomously.
2. Comfortable interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
3. Proactive with a strong affinity for project management.
4. Meticulous and intellectually curious.
5. Interest in environmental issues.
6. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP knowledge is a plus.
7. Fluent in both English and French.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a Business or Engineering School, or equivalent university program.
