- Oversee the selection of raw materials, manage suppliers, and supervise budgeting for procurement.
- Optimize production processes and minimize waste through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure supplier compliance and conduct regular audits to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure product compliance with luxury standards.
- Lead the development of new products and material innovation, focusing on sustainability and compliance.
- Supervise the production of prototypes and samples, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
- Ensure accurate technical data entry into systems such as PLM and ERP.
- Estimate costs and optimize purchasing strategies to meet financial targets.
- Lead teams in France and Italy, ensuring compliance and seamless collaboration across departments.
- Participate in strategic decision-making as a member of the executive committee.
- Develop and monitor budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and develop internal policies, optimizing procedures in line with LVMH objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, performance management, and payroll processes, particularly in Italy.
- Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in luxury fashion production and development, with a focus on ready-to-wear and accessories.
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, material sourcing, and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements in the fashion industry, including environmental, labor, and safety regulations.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Fluency in French, English, and Italian.
- Proficiency in PLM and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of sustainable practices in fashion production.
