- Oversee the activities of the logistics partner, providing daily guidance to management and operational teams, with heightened focus during peak periods and disruptions.
- Organize and supervise logistics for private sales, approximately five annually.
- Manage business priorities in coordination with headquarters, including shipment and raw material charge points, and reception priorities.
- Lead the steering committee with partner teams.
- Negotiate contracts, establish budgets, and monitor costs, including drafting, negotiation, and compliance of contracts, budget creation and negotiation, and monthly cost analysis with action plans for optimization.
- Track and analyze reception or shipment anomalies, organizing weekly meetings with central teams in France and Italy.
- Serve as the logistics interface for the e-commerce/CSC team, ensuring monitoring, alerts, and improvements.
- Support specific projects such as product exchanges, integration of new countries, and implementation of transport labels.
- Manage e-commerce packaging development and stock monitoring.
- Oversee the reception and shipment of production and collection materials.
- Rationalize stocks, for example through the Nona Source partnership.
- Manage optimization projects such as transitioning to SAP and organizing private sales of material coupons.
- Provide support to Givenchy central teams on stock or logistics matters.
- Review and optimize logistics aspects including packaging, cushioning, void rates, and carton references.
- Create and analyze performance indicators and reports.
- Lead projects involving the warehouse, including IT tests, procedure implementation, and WMS/SAP project management.
- Implement and support new logistics flows such as GCARE – finished product after-sales service, MTO Sharks – made-to-order, recycling.
- Continuously improve the core warehouse model (process, IT systems, KPIs, e-commerce), including indicator tracking, operational updates, and lead time management.
- Degree from an engineering school or equivalent university education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics/information systems.
- High level of autonomy and customer orientation.
- Strong organizational and structural skills.
- Process-oriented mindset.
- Technical and IT proficiency (knowledge of SAP, WMS, office software, and VBA).
- Fluency in English.

Degree from an engineering school or equivalent university education.
