Givenchy Central Warehouse Coordinator

- Oversee the activities of the logistics partner, providing daily support to management and operational teams, especially during peak periods and disruptions.
- Organize and supervise logistics for private sales, approximately five times annually.
- Manage business priorities in coordination with the headquarters, including shipment and raw material priorities.
- Lead the steering committee with the partner's teams.
- Negotiate contracts, establish budgets, and monitor costs, including drafting, negotiating, and ensuring contract compliance.
- Conduct monthly cost analyses and implement action plans to optimize expenses.
- Monitor and analyze reception or shipment anomalies, organizing weekly meetings with central teams in France and Italy.
- Serve as the logistics interface for the e-commerce/CSC team, ensuring follow-up, alerts, and improvements.
- Support specific projects such as product exchanges, integration of new countries, and implementation of transport labels.
- Manage e-commerce packaging development and stock monitoring.
- Oversee the reception and shipment of production and collection materials.
- Rationalize stock management, for example, through partnerships like Nona Source.
- Manage optimization projects such as transitioning to SAP and organizing private sales of material coupons.
- Support central Givenchy teams on stock or logistics issues.
- Review and optimize logistics aspects such as packaging, cushioning, void rates, and carton references.
- Create and analyze performance indicators and reports.
- Lead projects involving the warehouse, including IT tests, procedure implementation, and WMS/SAP project management.
- Implement and support new logistics flows, such as GCARE for finished product after-sales service and MTO Sharks for made-to-order production.
- Continuously improve the core warehouse model, including processes, IT systems, KPIs, and e-commerce.
- Monitor indicators such as customer service availability, shipment and reception capacity versus actuals, and lead times.
- Update operational procedures.
- Degree from an engineering school or equivalent university education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or information systems.
- Strong autonomy and customer orientation.
- Highly structured and organized.
- Process-oriented mindset.
- Strong technical and IT skills, including knowledge of SAP, WMS, office software, and VBA.
- Fluent in English.
A minimum of 3 years in logistics or information systems is required.
Degree from an engineering school or equivalent university education.
