Givenchy Boutique Director

- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Drive client loyalty and increased spending from both new and existing clients.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to meet or exceed sales plans.
- Lead managers in client development activities to cultivate new and existing clientele.
- Engage with loyal clients to create Corporate Social Responsibility opportunities.
- Exhibit sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor and managing client relationships.
- Enhance client experiences through unique, personalized interactions, both in-store and via omni-channel events.
- Maintain a continuous presence on the sales floor to coach the team and ensure customer experience standards are met.
- Optimize store amenities to create exceptional client experiences.
- Respond to client feedback to improve service delivery.
- Mentor and lead boutique teams, fostering a best-in-class service environment.
- Recruit talent to ensure an engaging and effective team.
- Develop and implement action plans for talent recognition, reward, and development.
- Provide continuous coaching and qualitative feedback to team members.
- 5-10 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a related industry.
- 5-10 years of management experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Proficient presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and video-telephony technology such as Zoom.
- Proven ability to develop community relationships to drive revenue.
- Experience managing multiple commitments to clients, teams, and operations.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or a related industry, with management responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
