- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Drive client loyalty and increase spending with both new and existing clients.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Lead managers in fostering client development activities among team members.
- Engage with loyal clients' community involvement to create CSR opportunities.
- Exhibit sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor and managing client relationships.
- Enhance the client experience by delivering unique, personalized, and memorable moments.
- Ensure continuous Client Experience management presence on the sales floor, coaching the team on the selling ceremony.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create exceptional experiences.
- Act on client feedback to improve customer service.
- Mentor and lead boutique teams, fostering an engaging and high-performance environment.
- Recruit talent to ensure a best-in-class service and selling environment.
- Develop and execute action plans to recognize, reward, and develop talent.
- Provide continuous coaching and qualitative feedback.
- 5-10 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience.
- 5-10 years of management experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Proficient presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and video-telephony technology.
- Proven ability to develop community relationships to generate revenue.
- Experience managing multiple commitments diplomatically.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Compensation ranges from $140,000 to $165,000, dependent on skills and experience.
