1. Cultivate and deepen client relationships to achieve sales targets.
2. Drive client loyalty and increase spending among new and existing clients.
3. Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
4. Direct and guide managers in client development activities.
5. Engage with loyal clients to create Corporate Social Responsibility opportunities.
6. Demonstrate leadership on the sales floor and manage client relationships.
7. Enhance the client experience through personalized and memorable interactions.
8. Ensure continuous management presence on the sales floor to coach the team.
9. Optimize store amenities to create unique client experiences.
10. Act on client feedback to improve service quality.
11. Mentor and lead boutique teams.
12. Recruit and develop talent to foster a high-performing team environment.
13. Develop and execute plans to recognize and reward talent.
14. Provide continuous coaching and feedback to team members.

1. 5-10 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or related industries.
2. 5-10 years of management experience.
3. Bachelor's degree preferred.
4. Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
5. Outstanding presentation skills.
6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Zoom.
7. Proven ability to develop community relationships to drive revenue.
8. Experience managing multiple commitments diplomatically.
9. Multilingual abilities are a plus.

$140,000-165,000, dependent on skills and experience.
