- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Drive client loyalty and increase spending among new and existing clients.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Direct and guide managers in client development activities.
- Engage with loyal clients to create Corporate Social Responsibility opportunities.
- Demonstrate leadership on the sales floor and manage client relationships.
- Enhance the client experience through personalized and memorable interactions.
- Ensure continuous management presence on the sales floor to coach the team.
- Optimize store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Act on client feedback to improve service quality.
- Mentor and lead boutique teams.
- Recruit and develop talent to foster a high-performing team environment.
- Develop and execute plans to recognize and reward talent.
- Provide continuous coaching and feedback to team members.
- 5-10 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or related industries.
- 5-10 years of management experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Outstanding presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Zoom.
- Proven ability to develop community relationships to drive revenue.
- Experience managing multiple commitments diplomatically.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Minimum 10 years

$140,000-165,000, dependent on skills and experience.
