- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent, professional, and responsive customer service.
- Initiate business strategies to achieve multichannel sales plans and optimize profitability by recognizing opportunities and risks.
- Cultivate a clienteling mindset within the team and establish a systematic CRM approach for new client recruitment and loyalty enhancement.
- Maintain the highest standards of store environment and manage daily operations to uphold the brand image.
- Collaborate with various business functions such as Merchandising, Marketing, and Training to foster business growth.
- Establish and maintain relationships with mall management to identify marketing opportunities and CRM programs.
- Inspire and develop the team through effective communication with HR regarding recruitment, talent development, performance management, and organizational structure.
- Coach the team to meet and exceed performance standards and manage appraisals and performance reviews.
- Regularly review operational procedures to optimize efficiency and analyze reports to provide insights to management and the team.
- Manage inventory for accurate replenishment and minimize discrepancies, while ensuring health and safety procedures are maintained.
- Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are followed and manage in-store repairs and maintenance for top sales floor standards.
- University degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the fashion retail industry, with solid management experience.
- Passion for fashion and strong product knowledge in ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Understanding of the luxury business context and customer profiles.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is advantageous.
