1. Drive business through sales support, operational policy implementation, training, and stock management.
2. Maintain high levels of client engagement in alignment with brand principles.
3. Empower associates to make decisions that enhance customer experiences.
4. Develop and train associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
5. Lead by example on the selling floor, mentoring the sales team.
6. Oversee clienteling efforts, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
7. Address and resolve customer issues or complaints.
8. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
9. Implement operational guidelines from the Retail Handbook.
10. Conduct daily reporting and analysis.
11. Maintain store visual merchandising standards.
12. Support Visual Merchandising Manager with changes to visual environments.
13. Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to sales associates.
14. Assist in recruitment and development of associates.
15. Identify and address training needs of associates.
16. Share responsibility for store P&L.
17. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably luxury.
2. College degree or equivalent.

1. Proficient in computer software applications.
2. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
3. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
4. Ability to motivate and build effective teams.
5. Service-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
6. Social perceptiveness and mediation skills.

A minimum of 5 years of validated experience in retail, with a focus on operations, store management, or office administration, ideally within the luxury sector.

College degree or equivalent.
