- Drive business through sales support, operational policy implementation, training, and stock management.
- Maintain high levels of client engagement in alignment with brand principles.
- Empower associates to make decisions that enhance customer experiences.
- Develop and train associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Lead by example on the selling floor, mentoring the sales team.
- Oversee clienteling efforts, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
- Address and resolve customer issues or complaints.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Implement operational guidelines from the Retail Handbook.
- Conduct daily reporting and analysis.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards.
- Support Visual Merchandising Manager with changes to visual environments.
- Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to sales associates.
- Assist in recruitment and development of associates.
- Identify and address training needs of associates.
- Share responsibility for store P&L.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably luxury.
- College degree or equivalent.
- Proficient in computer software applications.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to motivate and build effective teams.
- Service-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Social perceptiveness and mediation skills.
A minimum of 5 years of validated experience in retail, with a focus on operations, store management, or office administration, ideally within the luxury sector.
College degree or equivalent.
