- Provide and support stores in visual merchandising presentation
- Collaborate and support the realization of general visual merchandising training, product guidelines, display strategy, new openings, and in-store/product events
- Collaborate with merchandising and retail teams to ensure store changes align with business needs
- Report and provide regular feedback to the Visual Merchandising Manager and other management after each rotation
- Manage end-to-end monthly floorset launches and new window displays in all stores, often requiring night work
- Ensure local visual merchandising standards align with global guidelines
- Coordinate with suppliers and business partners for perfect rollout of window installations or new campaign images
- Coordinate product rotation according to window guidelines
- Manage re-ordering and delivery of props
- Supervise stores and travel retail stores to maintain Fendi's visual merchandising standards
- Support new collections presentation in stores
- Collaborate on the opening of new stores
- Coach client advisors and visual merchandising ambassadors on displays
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of related experience in visual merchandising
- Related Diploma in Art or Visual Communication
- Flair for creativity
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Independent and self-disciplined
- Outgoing, dependable, and proactive team player
- Good organizing and follow-up skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
Minimum 3 years of related experience in visual merchandising.
Related Diploma in Art or Visual Communication
