1. Receive and count stock items, recording data using computer systems.
2. Manage all shipments, transfers, and consignments efficiently.
3. Pack and unpack items for stockroom shelving, adhering to company policies.
4. Verify inventory computations against physical counts and resolve discrepancies.
5. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock counts.
6. Ensure inventory accuracy and shrink rates align with company standards.
7. Organize and store items orderly and accessibly in designated areas.
8. Label stock items with identification tags, numbers, or lists for team usability.
9. Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance in storage areas, organizing monthly deep cleaning.
10. Inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting damages to supervisors.
11. Assist and direct other stockroom or warehouse personnel as needed.
12. Dispose of or return damaged or defective items to vendors.
13. Coordinate with couriers for stock pickups and deliveries.
14. Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, and shipments.
15. Order necessary supplies and assess supply needs from various documents.
16. Ensure optimal after-sale service, accuracy, and integrity.
17. Manage defective and damaged items with production teams.
18. Process repairs and coordinate with local suppliers for efficient service.
19. Recommend disposal of excess, defective, or obsolete stock.
20. Contribute to visual merchandising stock and communicate with VM teams regarding arrivals and unused props.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a luxury boutique environment.
