Fendi Store Manager

1. Monitor and achieve store performance by tracking and ensuring that the KPIs targets are met.
2. Strategize and implement necessary improvement plans in a timely manner.
3. Conduct daily briefings to provide team members with an overview of the business.
4. Demonstrate sales leadership and set performance targets for the team.
5. Manage quality of customer service to meet customer expectations.
6. Develop loyal Fendi customers and ensure strategic client assignments.
7. Motivate and challenge team members to achieve sales targets.
8. Collaborate with HR in recruiting qualified applicants.
9. Supervise store personnel and enforce company policies.
10. Set up in-store training routines and identify training needs.
11. Review and submit sales and operational reports to management.
12. Ensure Fendi’s standards are maintained across all activities.
13. Ensure Visual Merchandising is consistent with company standards.

1. Minimum 8 - 10 years of related experience in retail/luxury industry with at least 3 years in a boutique lead role.
