Fendi Store Director

- Monitor and achieve store performance with relevant KPIs.
- Assist in the selling process and demonstrate sales leadership.
- Conduct daily briefings and animate them with a 'Team Board.'
- Analyze business performance and implement action plans to improve results and generate sales.
- Manage and supervise the team in executing company operating and stock procedures.
- Ensure customer service quality meets client expectations and implement CRM tools.
- Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clients.
- Enhance Mystery Shopper Results through action plans.
- Motivate employees to maximize team spirit and promote teamwork.
- Recruit qualified applicants in collaboration with the HR Department.
- Supervise store personnel and enforce company policies.
- Ensure proper management of staffing roster for adequate store coverage.
- Conduct induction training for new joiners and identify training needs.
- Review and submit sales and operational reports to management.
- Control costs and ensure efficient store operation.
- Maintain Fendi's standards in customer service, internal control, and back-office activities.
- Ensure Visual Merchandising aligns with company standards and sales performance.
- More than 10 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
- English proficiency mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Administration and financial skills.

- Strong customer service skills.
- Computer skills and retail management system knowledge.
- Goal-oriented and multitasking abilities.
A minimum of 10 years in a managerial role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
