1. Receive and accurately count stock items, recording data using computer systems.
2. Manage all shipments, transfers, and consignments efficiently.
3. Pack and unpack items for shelving in stockrooms, adhering to company policies.
4. Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts, investigating discrepancies, and adjusting errors.
5. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock counts.
6. Ensure inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates within company standards.
7. Organize and store items in an orderly and accessible manner in designated areas.
8. Label stock items using identification tags, numbers, or other labeling equipment.
9. Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
10. Conduct monthly deep cleaning of the warehouse.
11. Inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
12. Assist and direct other stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers.
13. Dispose of damaged or defective items or return them to vendors.
14. Coordinate with couriers for stock pick-ups or deliveries.
15. Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used or issued.
16. Order and maintain all necessary supplies, assessing supply needs from contracts and purchase orders.
17. Ensure optimal after-sales service, accuracy, and integrity.
18. Manage defective and damaged items in coordination with production.
19. Process repairs and liaise with local suppliers for efficient service.
20. Recommend disposal of excess, defective, or obsolete stock.
21. Contribute to visual merchandising stock management and communicate about arrivals and unused props or mannequins.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

2. Strong computer skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Exceptional organizational abilities.

A minimum of three years of experience in stock management or a related field is required.
