- Review and prioritize pending orders to fulfill within 24 hours.
- Rebalance request transfers and manage inventory efficiently.
- Prepare merchandise for shipping, ensuring accurate packaging and wrapping.
- Collaborate with store and leadership teams to build cross-functional partnerships.
- Support the selling team with consignment preparations for clients.
- Drive retail network sales by processing charge sends for Client Advisors.
- Perform daily Omni-Channel tasks including Curbside Pick-up, Ship-from-Store, and Buy Online Pick-up In-Store processes.
- Enhance order fulfillment accuracy and speed, reducing incorrect order cases.
- Improve resolution time for open client cases on orders.
- Advocate for clients at the warehouse to ensure detailed execution of activities.
- Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes.
- Assist in reviewing aged orders and returning products to the sales floor.
- Support the usage of in-store digital clienteling platforms and act as a technical authority.
- Partner with leadership to build clienteling lists for promotional events.
- Deliver innovative experiences to enhance operations and client satisfaction.
- Participate in the completion of incoming Ship-from-Store orders.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, with a preference for luxury experience.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.
- Experience in stock control and selling, particularly in luxury retail, is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Digital literacy is required.
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 25lbs.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
