Fashion Group Workplace IT Administrator

- Manage end-user computing environment and ensure optimal performance of user devices.
- Provide technical support and resolve Level 3 tickets within defined SLAs.
- Deploy and maintain software applications and updates on user systems.
- Administer Microsoft 365, including email distribution lists, Teams, OneDrive, and license management.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including device preparation and return.
- Support technology project initiatives and contribute to system architecture documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver IT solutions and support.
- Monitor systems and applications, providing analysis and communication of findings.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration and device management.
- Experience with Active Directory and network services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Analytical skills for identifying and addressing user needs.
- Proficiency in end-user support and diagnostic skills.
- Project management skills for handling multiple complex projects.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field, with a strong technical background in managing end-user devices and software.
The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
