1. Manage end-user computing environment and ensure optimal performance of user devices.
2. Provide technical support and resolve Level 3 tickets within defined SLAs.
3. Deploy and maintain software applications and updates on user systems.
4. Administer Microsoft 365, including email distribution lists, Teams, OneDrive, and license management.
5. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including device preparation and return.
6. Support technology project initiatives and contribute to system architecture documentation.
7. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver IT solutions and support.
8. Monitor systems and applications, providing analysis and communication of findings.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
2. Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration and device management.
3. Experience with Active Directory and network services.

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field, with a strong technical background in managing end-user devices and software.

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
