Fashion Group Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Lead recruitment efforts for retail management roles across multiple Maisons, including Store Directors and Managers.
- Provide training and support to Store Managers in recruitment processes.
- Execute administrative recruitment tasks, including job postings, offer letter generation, and background checks.
- Evaluate resumes and credentials to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop diverse sourcing strategies.
- Source and engage diverse candidates using innovative search techniques.
- Ensure compliance with LVMH policies and employment regulations.
- Assist in talent mapping and workforce planning for retail roles.
- Develop and implement campus engagement strategies for the internship program.
- Maintain job postings on various career and campus platforms.
- Build strategic partnerships with universities to enhance campus engagement.
- Oversee the campus engagement platform for efficient event planning.
- Plan and execute career fairs and engage with diverse academic institutions.
- 3+ years of full-life cycle recruiting experience in the retail industry.
- 1+ years of administrative experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Strong relationship-building skills with store leaders and team members.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency with candidate sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Complex environment navigation

- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

Minimum 3 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience in the retail industry, with a preference for candidates with retail experience.
$65,000 - $80,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience.
