1. Lead recruitment efforts for retail management roles across multiple Maisons, including Store Directors and Managers.
2. Provide training and support to Store Managers in recruitment processes.
3. Execute administrative recruitment tasks, including job postings, offer letter generation, and background checks.
4. Evaluate resumes and credentials to ensure alignment with job requirements.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop diverse sourcing strategies.
6. Source and engage diverse candidates using innovative search techniques.
7. Ensure compliance with LVMH policies and employment regulations.
8. Assist in talent mapping and workforce planning for retail roles.
9. Develop and implement campus engagement strategies for the internship program.
10. Maintain job postings on various career and campus platforms.
11. Build strategic partnerships with universities to enhance campus engagement.
12. Oversee the campus engagement platform for efficient event planning.
13. Plan and execute career fairs and engage with diverse academic institutions.

1. 3+ years of full-life cycle recruiting experience in the retail industry.
2. 1+ years of administrative experience in Talent Acquisition.
3. Retail experience preferred.
4. Strong relationship-building skills with store leaders and team members.
5. Exceptional customer service skills.
6. Proficiency with candidate sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
9. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Teams, and Excel.

Minimum 3 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience in the retail industry, with a preference for candidates with retail experience.

$65,000 - $80,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience.
