Fashion Group Senior Manager of Logistics Transformation and Continuous Improvement

- Lead cross-functional initiatives by orchestrating timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful project completion.
- Forge strategic partnerships with Logistics, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Finance, IT teams, and third-party vendors to prioritize continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a central liaison between brands and central teams to align project execution with business goals.
- Champion collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects deliver measurable results.
- Drive visibility and secure buy-in from leadership and operational teams for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service levels across logistics and supply chain operations.
- Lead the adoption of best practices, automation, and digital transformation efforts.
- Ensure initiatives align with corporate sustainability and operational efficiency objectives.
- Elevate data collection and reporting capabilities to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and refine KPI dashboards and analytics tools for performance tracking.
- Collaborate with IT to enhance data accuracy, accessibility, and integration across systems.
- Provide analytical and modeling support to the VP of Logistics and CFO on key initiatives.
- Support financial and operational reporting efforts to drive performance optimization.
- Assist in preparing presentations and business cases for senior leadership.
- Minimum of 6 years in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field, preferably within the luxury or retail sector.
- Proven track record in project management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
- Expertise in data analysis, KPI development, and business intelligence tools (PowerBI, PowerQuery recommended).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience a plus) and digital transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
6+ years in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field, preferably within the luxury or retail sector.
$140,000-165,000, dependent on skills and experience.
