1. Lead cross-functional initiatives by orchestrating timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful project completion.
2. Forge strategic partnerships with Logistics, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Finance, IT teams, and third-party vendors to prioritize continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Serve as a central liaison between brands and central teams to align project execution with business goals.
4. Champion collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects deliver measurable results.
5. Drive visibility and secure buy-in from leadership and operational teams for continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service levels across logistics and supply chain operations.
7. Lead the adoption of best practices, automation, and digital transformation efforts.
8. Ensure initiatives align with corporate sustainability and operational efficiency objectives.
9. Elevate data collection and reporting capabilities to support strategic decision-making.
10. Develop and refine KPI dashboards and analytics tools for performance tracking.
11. Collaborate with IT to enhance data accuracy, accessibility, and integration across systems.
12. Provide analytical and modeling support to the VP of Logistics and CFO on key initiatives.
13. Support financial and operational reporting efforts to drive performance optimization.
14. Assist in preparing presentations and business cases for senior leadership.

1. Minimum of 6 years in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field, preferably within the luxury or retail sector.
2. Proven track record in project management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

1. Expertise in data analysis, KPI development, and business intelligence tools (PowerBI, PowerQuery recommended).
2. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience a plus) and digital transformation initiatives.
3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
4. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

6+ years in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field, preferably within the luxury or retail sector.

$140,000-165,000, dependent on skills and experience.
