- Welcome clients to the Givenchy Flagship Store, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, assisting them in selecting products that suit their needs while offering expert advice.
- Introduce and recommend complementary products, sharing in-depth product knowledge.
- Process sales confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships post-purchase.
- Collect and manage client CRM details to build a comprehensive client book and ensure personalized follow-up.
- Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
- Exceed behavioral requirements, including adherence to dress code and appearance guidelines.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge by staying informed about fashion trends and participating in in-store training.
- Support stock control and management in collaboration with Stock Control colleagues.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high-fashion environment.
- Experience in a flagship luxury store is preferred.
- Proven experience in selling leather goods or ready-to-wear, with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
- Strong business acumen and experience with retail KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years in a high-fashion sales environment, preferably within a flagship luxury store.
