- Welcome clients to the Givenchy Flagship Store, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assisting them in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Introduce complementary products and share extensive product knowledge to enhance the client experience.
- Process sales transactions with professionalism and confidence, maintaining client relationships.
- Collect and manage client CRM details to build a comprehensive client book and ensure personalized follow-up.
- Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
- Exceed behavioral expectations, including adherence to dress code and appearance guidelines.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge by staying informed about fashion trends and competitors.
- Support stock control and management in collaboration with Stock Control colleagues.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
- Experience in a flagship store in luxury retail is preferred.
- Proven track record in selling leather goods or ready-to-wear, with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
- Strong business acumen and experience working with retail KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
- Hardworking and committed to achieving and exceeding targets.
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
