Retail Technical Project Manager

A leading luxury fashion group with multiple renowned Maisons, dedicated to delivering exceptional retail experiences and innovative solutions across North America.

1. Lead the definition and implementation of local retail improvement initiatives.
2. Conduct digital and iPhone experience assessments and remediation.
3. Oversee printer and printing remediation across all stores.
4. Manage POS configuration assessment and remediation.
5. Implement time tracking solutions and store hardware upgrades.
6. Lead regional implementation of centrally developed point-of-sales projects.
7. Execute regional project management from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
8. Manage project timelines, budgets, vendors, and resources.
9. Develop comprehensive regional project plans and define project scope.
10. Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks.
11. Conduct detailed testing and quality assurance procedures.
12. Facilitate user acceptance testing with regional partners.
13. Develop and deliver training materials and knowledge base updates.
14. Provide post-implementation support.

1. Hands-on experience with Cegid Y2 point-of-sale and mobile point-of-sale system.
2. Technical support experience with mobile devices and apps.
3. Familiarity with basic network and printer configurations.
4. 5 years of validated experience in technical project management within a retail environment.

Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management within a retail environment.

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
