Fashion Group Retail Technical Project Manager

- Lead the definition and implementation of local retail improvement initiatives across multiple Maisons, focusing on enhancing client and employee experiences.
- Oversee regional implementation of centrally developed point-of-sales projects, including POS migration to cloud and mobile POS rollouts.
- Manage all aspects of regional project execution, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
- Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, vendors, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Define and supervise overall budget for equipment, vendors, and services required for project delivery.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop comprehensive regional project plans, defining scope and deliverables for the Americas region.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks.
- Conduct detailed testing and quality assurance procedures to ensure user experience and performance.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with regional partners.
- Develop and deliver training materials and updates to onboard regional technical support teams.
- Provide post-implementation hypercare support to address regional issues.
- Build and maintain retail labs environments in corporate offices for each Maison.
- Serve as a regional subject matter expert on retail solutions and apps.
- Configure and troubleshoot entire store systems, including POS terminals and associated software.
- Investigate recurring issues and find opportunities for process and user experience improvement.
- Collaborate with central IT teams to resolve technical issues reported by stores.
- Provide Level 3 support for retail apps and POS systems.
- Hands-on experience with Cegid Y2 point-of-sale and mobile point-of-sale systems.
- Technical support experience with mobile devices and apps.
- Familiarity with basic network and printer configurations.
- 5 years of experience in technical project management within a retail environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Technical expertise in retail systems, particularly Cegid Y2.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Technical support and troubleshooting skills.
Minimum of 5 years in technical project management within a retail environment.
The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 annually, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
