1. Prepare and publish IFRS management accounts, including P&L and Balance Sheet, on a monthly basis.
2. Review monthly packages for each brand and coordinate with accountants to resolve discrepancies.
3. Prepare stock, purchases, and margin reconciliations and manage monthly accruals.
4. Coordinate the preparation of financial forecasts and report variances.
5. Analyze variances between budget and actuals and develop standardized reports.
6. Provide financial analyses for capital investments, sales, stock, margin, communication, and selling expenses.
7. Focus on gross margin evolution and profitability by store, analyzing variances with stock controllers and store managers.
8. Conduct P&L reviews and ad hoc analyses with Brand Retail Managers.
9. Review invoices and participate in the payment process, ensuring correct delegation of tasks.
10. Collaborate with the Internal Control department to develop and document business processes and accounting policies.
11. Liaise regularly with store managers to assist with finance or operational issues.
12. Participate in annual stock takes and assist with process improvement projects.

1. Degree with a major in Finance, Master in Finance 1 or 2, DESCF, CIMA, or newly qualified ACCA candidate.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Familiarity with the fashion industry and retail business is advantageous.

1. Advanced knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of PowerPoint.
2. Experience with corporate ERP systems (JDE) and reporting systems (Syrus) is a plus.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or Spanish is advantageous.
4. Strong analytical and accounting skills.
5. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of detail orientation.
6. Excellent communication skills, autonomy, and a proactive approach.
7. Ability to work collaboratively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

A minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with familiarity in the fashion industry and retail business as a plus.
