The LVMH Fashion Group, a prestigious division of the LVMH conglomerate, offers shared corporate functions such as Finance, IT, and HR to five distinguished brands in the Americas: Celine, Givenchy, Loewe, Kenzo, and Emilio Pucci. These esteemed maisons collectively employ approximately 700 individuals across over 90 retail locations, complemented by a robust wholesale and expanding e-commerce presence.

1. Optimize the on/off-boarding process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new employees and their managers.
2. Collaborate with HR, Retail Operations, and hiring managers to refine onboarding procedures.
3. Coordinate with IT, Central teams, or vendors across regions to support organizational growth.
4. Develop, update, and manage SOPs and knowledge base articles.
5. Ensure clarity and accuracy in all training documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
6. Host sessions to introduce new technologies and services.
7. Document and provide training on Office365 products, including OneDrive, SharePoint, and Outlook.
8. Incorporate employee feedback to refine service delivery processes.
9. Administer ServiceNow for the Americas region, prioritizing user-friendly enhancements.
10. Provide occasional deskside or store support to employees.
11. Develop user guides to promote self-service within the technological environment.

1. Strong understanding of ITIL or other best practices frameworks.
2. Proficiency in configuring and customizing ITSM platforms.
3. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong communication and training skills.

1. Proficiency in Office365 Tools (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
2. Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise ITSM platforms.
3. Project management and process improvement skills.
4. Familiarity with change management in IT services.
5. Experience with flowchart and diagram software such as Microsoft Visio.
6. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail or hospitality industry, with a history of successful project management and process improvement initiatives.

$85,000 - $105,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience.
