Fashion Group Human Resources Assistant

- Assist in coordinating training sessions, including vendor management, logistics, enrollment, and evaluation.
- Facilitate induction programs for new employees.
- Support projects related to organizational culture, employer branding, talent acquisition, and pre-employment engagement.
- Coordinate staff engagement activities and manage internal communications.
- Generate and maintain monthly training records and reports.
- Prepare training manuals, materials, and aids as required.
- Track and register all training courses and programs.
- Handle invoices and perform other administrative duties.
- Serve as an HR ambassador, assisting with internal inquiries.
- Execute ad hoc projects or duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail, fashion retail, F&B, or hospitality industries.
- Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
- High learning agility and self-motivation.
- Adaptability and openness to change.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), graphic design, and video editing.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail, fashion retail, F&B, or hospitality industries is required.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline.
