Human Resources Assistant

A leading company in the fashion and leather goods sector, operating in the Asia Pacific region, known for its commitment to talent development and employee engagement.

1. Assist in training coordination including vendor management, logistics, enrollment, and evaluation
2. Coordinate and facilitate induction programs
3. Support projects on organization culture and employer branding initiatives, talent acquisition, and pre-employment engagement
4. Support staff engagement activities and internal communications
5. Generate and maintain monthly training records and reports
6. Prepare training manuals, materials, and aids
7. Track and register all training courses and programs
8. Support invoice handling and other administrative duties
9. Act as HR ambassador and assist with internal inquiries
10. Perform ad hoc projects or duties as assigned

1. Holder of Bachelor Degree or above in any related disciplines
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferably in retail, fashion retail, F&B, or hospitality industry

5. Attentive to details and able to handle multi-tasks independently
6. Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), graphic design, and video editing
7. Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin

Beginner level with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor Degree or above in any related disciplines
