Data Engineer Intern

- Collaborate with the Data & BI Manager to execute key projects that meet business objectives and local departmental needs.
- Partner with finance, logistics, and HR departments, as well as headquarters data teams, to understand and capture data requirements.
- Design and manage ETL workflows, ensuring smooth integration of data from various sources.
- Apply data modeling and warehousing principles to structure data for optimal storage and analysis.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, providing insights that empower data-driven decisions.
- Uphold data accuracy and integrity by implementing automated quality control processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical and process documentation to support project workflows and data solutions.
- Currently pursuing or holding a master’s degree in engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in ETL development, SQL, Python, and Power BI.
- Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and an excellent communicator.
- Collaborative and eager to support colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Genuine appreciation for high-end products and services.
Beginner
MBA, recent graduate preferred.
$16-$25 hourly, dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
