Fashion Group Assistant Store Manager

- Monitor and analyze daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales figures.
- Establish and communicate daily objectives during morning meetings.
- Lead by example in sales engagement processes and motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
- Develop and ensure accuracy in data collection, and train staff to build customer loyalty.
- Guide team members in expanding the client base through personalized interactions.
- Implement and oversee comprehensive store operation procedures, including stock management and cashier functions.
- Ensure consistent high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Coordinate rolling inventory checks and annual fiscal inventory.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure adherence to brand representation expectations.
- Provide feedback to Head Office on products and visual merchandising to drive results.
- Assess team performance against benchmarks and cultivate a collaborative team environment.
- Coach team members and collaborate with HR on development actions.
- Identify potential succession plans within the retail establishment.
- Communicate brand strategy, upcoming events, and company objectives to the team.
- Encourage awareness of local competitors' activities and cultural happenings.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial retail role within a store or boutique setting.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a second language is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
- Experience with client outreach and maintaining a client book.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills, initiative, and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
- Strong understanding of retail store operations and concepts.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
A minimum of 3 years in a managerial retail role within a store or boutique setting is required.
