Fashion Group Assistant Manager, Talent Development and Management

- Collaborate with the LVMH Learning & Development team to design and implement learning programs for the Hong Kong and Macau markets.
- Co-create and execute the Learning Portfolio for the Fashion Group in Greater China.
- Facilitate learning interventions through internal sessions and partnerships with external training vendors.
- Conduct induction and performance management training sessions for all maisons within the Fashion Group.
- Work closely with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to deliver customized learning solutions.
- Promote a culture of learning by advocating for both offline and online resources.
- Coordinate with maison HR Business Partners on budget planning for Hong Kong and Macau.
- Maintain accurate and timely training and talent records.
- Support the implementation of retail talent strategies, including talent mapping, career meetings, and succession planning.
- Develop initiatives for young talent and lead employee engagement activities at the group level.
- Utilize AI tools and performance data for talent analysis and progress tracking.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management within a sizable corporation.
- Strong passion for people development.
- Proficiency in designing and facilitating end-to-end learning programs.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Problem-solving mindset with a capacity for innovative thinking.
- Adaptability to change and agility in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a multicultural setting.
- Project management experience.
- Familiarity with assessment tools is preferred but not essential.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management within a sizable corporation is required.
