1. Ensure accurate and efficient recording of expense purchases in company ledgers.
2. Record stock purchases in accordance with procurement procedures.
3. Adhere to company accounting controls and procedures in financial transactions.
4. Facilitate communication with other departments and external suppliers.
5. Register and input supplier invoices into the JDE Accounting system.
6. Follow up on invoice authorisations and approvals.
7. Assist in preparing payment runs to ensure timely creditor payments.
8. Prepare reconciliations between ledger and supplier statements.
9. Address queries from external suppliers and internal departments.
10. Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts.
11. Support other team tasks as needed.

1. Fluent in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
2. Previous experience with JDE accounting software is beneficial.

1. Excellent understanding of Excel, including Pivot tables.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Proactive and able to work under tight deadlines.
4. Good AP reconciliation skills.
5. Attention to detail and strong team collaboration.
6. Ability to handle multiple currencies.

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with some relevant experience.
