Role & Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery during weekend shifts, alternating between day and night schedules.
- Ensure the efficient and accurate production of microelectronic components.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and achieve operational targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Ability to work alternating day and night shifts during weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
