Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the quality assurance processes within the manufacturing department.
- Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure product standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for quality enhancements.
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a quality management role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.

Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment is required.
