1. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on diffusion, PECVD, wet etch, and CMP equipment.
2. Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.

4. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.

1. Technical diploma or equivalent in electronics, mechanics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

1. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing semiconductor equipment.
2. Strong understanding of diffusion, PECVD, wet etch, and CMP processes.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Strong attention to detail.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance.

Technical diploma or equivalent in electronics, mechanics, or a related field.
