1. Define and implement the company's supply chain strategy to maximize service rates, optimize cash flow, and reduce operational costs.
2. Lead and ensure the deployment of a major 'End to End' supply chain transformation project, from client to manufacturing and partner integration.
3. Develop and execute departmental policies and strategies in alignment with the company's overall policy.
4. Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and ensure alignment with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
5. Ensure compliance with regulations, group orientations, and company procedures, including audits.
6. Oversee budget preparation and implementation, focusing on optimization and cash flow improvement through inventory management.
7. Develop and maintain optimal collaboration frameworks with clients, ensuring a unique brand image.
8. Define capacity requirements for human and machine resources and optimize stock management.
9. Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure material availability at optimal costs.
10. Ensure the integrity of stock and inventory management, adhering to safety and security protocols.
11. Lead strategic projects, including SAP transition and supply chain transformation.
12. Establish and communicate clear organizational objectives, ensuring effective change management.
13. Define and monitor tactical and operational objectives for team members, promoting cross-functional collaboration.

1. Advanced degree in industrial engineering or equivalent, ideally with a specialization in supply chain management.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a cross-functional team management role within supply chain or production.

1. Strong technical expertise in logistics, planning, purchasing, and project management.
2. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and organizational management.
3. Excellent financial and economic management understanding.
4. Proficiency in SAP and other IT tools.
5. Fluency in English and French.

Significant experience in a rigorous industrial environment with high service rate demands and time-to-market reduction.

Advanced degree in industrial engineering or equivalent, ideally with a specialization in supply chain management.
