1. Set up, change series, and monitor production on CNC machines.
2. Adjust CNC machines and make tool corrections.
3. Ensure the conformity and quality of parts through dimensional and aesthetic self-control.
4. Maintain established processes as directed by Methods.
5. Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including time and tooling efficiency.
6. Foster team communication and support within the group dynamic.
7. Set up all tooling, including clamps and cutting tools.
8. Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines.

1. Holder of a CFC in Polymechanics or an equivalent qualification.

1. Proficiency in CNC machines (BUMOTEC S1000, S181, S191).
2. Knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens programming languages.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
4. Competence in using control devices such as micrometers, calipers, Marcel Aubert, and attribute control tools.
5. Detail-oriented, methodical, and adherent to procedures.
6. Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
7. Willingness to work day shifts, 2x8 shifts, or night shifts.

Experience in CNC machine operation and maintenance is required.

CFC in Polymechanics or equivalent qualification.
