1. Lead and support the machining team by ensuring integration, versatility, and continuous technical training of team members while maintaining a positive and motivating work environment.
2. Plan and organize work by coordinating teams in alignment with scheduling and delivery deadlines, in collaboration with the scheduling department.
3. Collaborate closely with programmers and industrialization project managers during the development of new products.
4. Monitor and regularly report performance indicators (safety, quality, deadlines, cost, personnel) to the Workshop Manager.
5. Manage trial days and the integration of new colleagues and interns, including evaluation, training, and support.
6. Identify, communicate, and participate in resolving quality issues in collaboration with the quality department.
7. Work closely with the Workshop Manager to report quality information, potential conflicts, and update the versatility matrix.
8. Propose performance improvements in areas such as range, ergonomics, flow, methods, tools, and quality, and participate in various improvement projects (5S/Continuous Improvement).

1. Holder of a CFC in Polymechanics/Production Mechanics or an equivalent qualification.
2. Essential experience in an industrial environment with knowledge of mechanized polishing, milling, and turning.
3. Minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in production organization, cross-functional team management, and quality assurance.
4. Additional training in management is a plus.
