1. Develop and implement quality control strategies tailored to product specifications.
2. Draft control ranges and establish appropriate measurement tools for dimensional checks.
3. Create control programs on MMT (optical and probing).
4. Collaborate with various departments including design, methods, and production.
5. Participate in new product development meetings and validate initial production series.
6. Inspect submission pieces for clients and draft submission reports.
7. Analyze manufacturing processes for capability.
8. Serve as the technical reference in metrology and analyze MSP follow-ups.
9. Observe and analyze production control results, conducting CMC/R&R studies and other analyses.
10. Organize and lead quality meetings.
11. Conduct surveillance audits to ensure adherence to quality control best practices.
12. Provide technical support to production operators.
13. Engage in technological monitoring and related projects.

1. Diploma in microtechnology, precision mechanics, physical measurements, quality assurance, or equivalent qualification.

1. Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
2. Analytical mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to synthesize information and react promptly.
4. Knowledge of MMT programming is advantageous.

3-5 years of experience in the horology and/or jewelry industry is preferred.

Diploma in microtechnology, precision mechanics, physical measurements, or quality assurance.
