1. Collaborate with managers to identify recruitment needs for interns and work-study students.
2. Craft compelling job advertisements and ensure their dissemination across appropriate platforms.
3. Screen and select candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the recruitment process through to integration.
4. Organize assessment centers for recruitment campaigns in partnership with the LVMH Institute of Excellence.
5. Facilitate the establishment of internship agreements and work-study contracts, including registration on the OPCO platform.
6. Provide individual monitoring for interns and work-study students, ensuring their well-being and progress.
7. Animate the intern and work-study community through onboarding, networking, and internal events.
8. Support high-performing interns in securing opportunities within Samaritaine or the broader LVMH Group.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and the LVMH Institute of Excellence.
10. Coordinate the discovery internship campaign for 3rd-year students.
11. Participate in recruitment campaigns for permanent sales advisors, including CV sorting, pre-selection, and organizing collective recruitment sessions.
12. Enhance the visibility of job offers on social media through innovative formats.

1. Currently pursuing a Master 2 in Human Resources.

2. Agility, proactivity, and curiosity.

4. Customer service orientation.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Fluency in French and professional English, both spoken and written.

No prior experience required, but relevant internships or work-study experience in human resources is advantageous.
