DFS Occupational Health Nurse

- Conduct individual follow-up nursing interviews under established protocols.
- Manage emergencies, including workplace accidents, in accordance with public health and labor codes.
- Support employees and the company based on specific requests, such as appointments, job studies, and medical recommendations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to update health and safety documents, including DUERP and annual reports.
- Provide occupational health advice and information.
- Develop and lead awareness and training sessions on physical and mental health prevention at work.
- Monitor medical recommendations in cases of work aptitude restrictions.
- Offer tailored support for employees with disabilities or chronic illnesses.
- Organize and participate in hygiene, individual and collective health, and safety education and prevention activities.
- Engage in individual or collective workplace actions, including health surveillance and research.
- Handle various administrative tasks, including surveys, agendas, and documentation management.
- Oversee pharmacy, infirmary, and stock management, ensuring traceability and compliance.
- Facilitate discussions for job retention and workplace adaptation with employers and public organizations.
- Ensure the traceability of nursing interviews and actions through proper documentation.
- Maintain diverse reports and registers.
- State Diploma in Nursing, with additional certification in occupational health being advantageous.
- Professional proficiency in both English and French.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with professional software such as PADOA or PREVENTIEL.
- Strong listening and pedagogical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational and methodological skills.
- Dynamic and adaptable.
- Discreet and professional.
A minimum of three years in a similar occupational health nursing role is required.
State Diploma in Nursing.
The role offers a managerial status with a structured work schedule, including one weekend out of three, and working hours from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
