DFS Logistics Agent

- Perform stock receiving from warehouse or other locations and verify incoming products according to DFS standard procedures.
- Conduct regular replenishment of products on the sales floor.
- Manage reverse logistics, including Return to Vendor, Inter-Division Transfer, Location-to-Location Transfer, and other Third Party Transfers.
- Print and replace price tags for affected merchandise following Price Change Notification reports.
- Consolidate damaged goods from sales floors and update defective tools.
- Assist Product Support Team Lead in the destruction of damaged goods when necessary.
- Raise documents for write-offs and damaged goods as guided by the Product Team Lead.
- Deliver goods to customers in line with location services and facilities offered, such as hotel and home delivery.
- Assist in ordering Gifts with Purchase (GWP) and Promotions with Purchase (PWP) for monthly promotions.
- Order shopping bags and other distribution supplies.
- Maintain an organized and efficient stock room with clear labeling of shelves and boxes.
- Ensure processing and destruction of damaged goods comply with internal policies and external Customs Regulations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or equivalent preferred, but not essential.
- 1-2+ years of experience in a retail environment.
- Effective communication in a culturally diverse environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with personnel at various levels.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under stringent deadlines and prioritize a heavy workload with multiple deadlines.
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality with business/financial acumen.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
1-2+ years of experience in a retail environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or equivalent preferred, but not essential.
